Hi,
Firstly, I want to say that I am from Brazil, so, excuse tha bad English.
On Monday I bought a Asus S46CB with Windows 8 already installed.
When I started using the notebook, I noticed that the Windows Store was not working. Clicking on the Store icon on the home screen, the icon moves with the click, but nothing happens. The store does not even start.
I've tried all the ways to solve this problem (wsreset.exe, sfc / scannow, Dism / online / Cleanuo-Image / RestoreHealth, -executionpolicy Unrestricted powershell Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -register $ Env: SystemRoot \ WinStore \ AppxManifest.xml , diagnostic app from Microsoft, all without success). The error message that appears is "This app failed to launch because of an issue with its license. Please try again in a moment."
So, I've tried to make a "Refresh" in Windows 8, but I found that I also cannot access the area "Changing PC Settings" because the same thing happens: when I click the icon, the sidebar closes and configuration does not open. When trying to access through the search bar on the start screen (windows key), clicking on Settings and then Change Settings, the icon "Settings" is grayed out and I cannot click on it, only in "Blocks" and "Help" . I've already tried this (

Also, the F9 button when the notebook boots does nothing, probably because UEFI.
So, as you can see, I'm kind of stuck here. I cannot refresh the Windows by the F9 button or by "Change PC Settings". Is there anything I can do?
Thanks to all
😄
