GPUtweak 2820 not working

So my problem is, every time I restart the computer GPU tweak doens't work. Im running win 8.1 pro 64x.

After installation everything is fine but after the first restart or shut down when I no longer need the my pc, it just stops working.

After double clicking for the gputweak starts the .exe actually appears in the task manager but after 2 seconds it disappears.

Completly clueless about the cause.

Nevermind I fixed it.

Unninstalled and installed the 2790 version.

I'm also having problems with 2820. I'm running Win7 64x and have a GTX 780 on a Maximus VI Hero. When I try to install 2820 I get the "internal failure" message 0x80040707. I also can't start the old version which was installed before, which is ver2392. And I also can't uninstall 2392, it just doesn't do anything when I try to do so from control panel (it does still appear on the list), so now I'm left with no GPUTweak at all, trying to update it... Any ideas?
