Hi. Is this normal? I used to have GTX970 and that circle wasn't that high. After putting 1070ti this went up almost full.78964

I mean i know that the MHZ are right but shouldnt the circle bar be only half loaded as its about 107% on OC MODE.? I had gtx970 and it was only half loaded before. Now i have a feeling in the game that fps starts shutter I think.
