GPU Tweak always starting with Windows

I untick start with windows and time after time it just starts with Windows.

Any way to fix this?

Click on the Gear (Settings) icon in the top left corner of the GPUtwk3 window and disable "Start with  Windows".

Like I said "start with windows" is disabled and after each boot it's enabling itself and starting up.

Ops sorry, I missed the first words. If "Start with Windows" is already unchecked, take a look at the Task Scheduler, you should find GPU Tweak there. To run the Task Scheduler application, press Windows Key + R, type "taskschd.msc" and press Enter. Alternatively, search for "Task Scheduler" in the Windows search bar.
