GPU Tweak 2 clock issues (1.2.0.3)

Recent updated to a new version of gpu tweak to fix some problems in the old software and i have either a problem or a question.

on the old version my clock speed shows a max of 1436 as seen here ->https://i.imgur.com/uKpAm2V.png

on the new version my clock speed shows a max of 747 as seen here ->https://i.imgur.com/vngwr9w.png

all the monitoring apps are showing 747 as the clock speed while @ 99% usage.(nvidia inspector, gpuz)

is this an issue with the card or with the software? should I go to a lower version of gpu tweak? I did run the gpu tweak remover before installing the new version

i'm running nvidia 362.00 win7 64bit

thanks

You have the same bug as me with lastest drivers 360.x and above

http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=406340&page=4

happens to a lot of people, I opened nvidia ticket. do so and tell them about the issue so they will fix it asap. and try to install 364.96 Hotfix drivers.

I did a super clean uninstall and reinstall. I used DDU and removed everything and did a clean install of the most recent driver for 970 win7 x64 -- so far so good. my clocks max out where they should and games are working like normal i believe

EDIT: 4/28 -- clocks maxing at 683MHz -- what i did apparently didnt stick.
