Hello there,

Could someone share eSupport folder for ASUS ROG GL552VW? Please. I did Windows 10 clean install, and forgot to backup eSupport folder. Now I have problems with sound, after installing AudioWizard from support page for GL552VW.

Thank you

Hello again,

I solved this problem installing Conexant drivers and AudioWizard from support pages of two different laptops.
1. I installed Conexant drivers for GL552VXK: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/DriversForWin10/Audio/Audio_Conexant_Win10_64_VER8665252.zip?_...
2. Then I installed AudioWizard for GL552VL: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/Apps_for_Win10/ICEsound/ICEsound_Win10_64_VER100135.zip?_ga=2....

I must admit that I gave up this solution because ot wasn't good enough. I uninstalled those GL552VX drivers and GL552VL AudioWizard. I'm back on my default GL552VW drivers but without AudioWizard software.
It is incomprehensible to me that the software from the manufacturer's website does not work as it should after clean install. I understand that normally there is eSupport folder on system drive, that works just fine when when for example you factory reset your PC. But after clean install, software and drivers from support page manually downloaded and installed should work just as well.
