I have a ROG GL753VE the gaming center stopped loading a little bit ago. It said that it was trying to initialize but would never open. Then when I tried to open it again windows said that the app could not be found and the file was deleted.
So I have tired downloading the Utility driver to see If that would being it back but it hasnt done anything. I have also tried to uninstall the program to see if I could reinstall it. When I do this it says " Error 1001 System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program files (x86)\ASUS\ROG gaming center\installer.dll' or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified "
So I am not sure how to fix this. My fan isnt really working now since the gaming center stopped working. It seems to be on a low setting but when the system is under a load the fan doesnt ramp up which causes the computer to shut down.
I dont care about the gaming center that much but it seems to be connected to the fan running correctly. So if anyone knows a way to get the gaming center back or if I can possibly use a different program to make the fan run correctly that would help.
