This is my first thread in ASUS ROG forum as well as sharing a bit regarding of my experience. I have been with IT for over 10 years so for basic knowledge of hardware and software, I hope that it would not be useless for everyone.
Normally after installing Windows 10 for my ASUS ROG GL552VX, I would install the drivers as following order:
- Intel INF Update Driver
- Intel Management Engine Interface
- ASUS ME Update Tool
- Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver
- Intel® Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver
- Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Driver
- Realtek Multi-Card Reader Driver
- Conexant Audio Driver
- Intel Graphics Driver
- nVidia Graphics Driver
- Realtek LAN Driver
- Intel BlueTooth driver
- Intel Wireless Lan Driver and Application
- Intel Wireless Display Application
- ATKPackage
- ICEsound
- ASUS Smart Gesture
- ASUS USB Charger Plus
- ASUS Wireless Radio Control
- ASUS Splendid Video Enhancement Technology
- GameFirst IV
- ASUS Live Update
- ASUS Gaming Center
- Windows BIOS Flash Utility
Please take note that this thread and list are only applied for ASUS ROG GL552VX with my experience, use it with your own risks. Also, we have to learn with each other so please correct me if I'm wrong, I would greatly appreciate that as well.
