I uninstalled the realtek drivers from device manager and attempted to install the latest drivers from the realtek website. It failed to install on my laptop. So I uninstalled these new driver components to go back to the old version. Upon downloading the realtek codec driver from the ROG site with my specified model number, it finished installation. Even the realtek audio console launches, but there is no sound output from the 4 laptop speakers.
*Also I rebooted inbetween every deletion and installation to make sure of clean driver reinstallation.
Please help me out with this**
