Clear cache on Armoury Crate Scenario Profile?

I recently bought an ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming which I love so far. I have set up scenario profiles in Armoury Crate. I have set up one for playing games and while the profile options are pretty straight forward I was just curious about the "Clear Cache" option. Should I set this to on or off?

This function seems to clear the memory cache(RAM).
