Hi, I am trying to get World of Tanks running without crashing. Wargaming are saying that the problem is with Sonic Studio ii and I want to delete it but cannot find any way to uninstall. Any hints?

Hi timbo2410

Did you get Sonic Studio uninstalled?

Close it and uninstall it from your programs.

No I didn't and there is no choice of removing the program from "add/remove". There isn't even an "uninstall" from the main folder. I dont think I will try any further as Wargaming support have given every excuse under the sun for the crashing. From my internet speed, packet loss, Sound card drivers, GPU drivers, game clients, hard drives, swap files etc and now they say that the game is not compatible with the GTX 1080ti ???????
Every test they have done has shown that all of the above is fine and more than exceeds any minimum standard by a long way. So the last message from them was that they will put my complaints ticket on hold until an expert can look into it. I have asked about compensation while this is going on and they have said that compensation will automatically be given to those with the problem .... but what is the problem I asked ... the reply was that the ticket I raised has been closed ??? great service hey ????

I have the same problem, did you come up with a solution?

SSII is uninstalled just as Nate says to do it. If you don't see it in programs then you will need to reinstall it and then uninstall it. If yours came like mine did It's not listed as Sonic Studio, it's listed as Sonic Suite and includes both Sonic Studio and Sonic Radar. You have uninstall the suite (both of them) to get rid of it. You didn't post with your system specs so I'm not sure what you should have on yours.
