Hi I have a 690 wifi F motherboard, went to the asus website and downloaded the chipset drivers etc, they wont install. I extract and run and a black window briefly appears but nothing happens. The chipset drivers are not being silently installed because my device manager still has a load of other devices without drivers.
tried opening the bat file and windows complained about it, but I proceeded anyway and that also did nothing.
I do not want to install armory crate, its just like malware. I installed it to install drivers before that I had all sorts of issues with Audio drivers 'injecting' themselves into other apps which were not happy about it.
How can I actually get the drivers to install? This is on a brand spanking new clean install of windows 11,
