I have seen many posts made about this software and how for the ROG Hero VII Motherboard and other motherboards, the software either slows down or disables the network device. For myself it makes my home network an "unknown network" and does not allow me to connect to the internet at all. When I called Tech Support on this issue a week ago, the gentleman I talked with had no idea about this issue that so many of us are having. In fact, while he put me on hold to investigate, I went to the forum here and found that I was not alone. He was very surprised he had not heard about this issue since so many people were having similar issues.
All that being said, is there a possibility that the developers or ASUS' network/software team can keep this post as a STICKY (or make one of their own) with an acknowledgement that there is an issue with the software and certain motherboards? This way we only have post to read and keep up with to see what updates or future fixes there may be. Can we do this please?
Thanks,
