Can't change the number of LEDs on Aura Sync

So I bought some cheap RGB fans on amazon and the number of LEDs are not included in the description so I was trying to figure out how many LEDs it has. I was changing the number of lights and now the textbox for the number of LEDs is disabled.

How can I fix this? I already tried uninstalling and re-installing Aura Sync.

Hey Dude
had the exact same problem I was switching through the settings and it got stuck on 2. I uninstalled aura and any related programs in the apps list in windows settings and reinstalled the software after a few restarts.
I opened Armory crate and on the bottom left clicked settings and checked for updates. Update everything you see there especially the AURA service and you should see your LEDs turn back on and when you re-open aura you will see it has been reset (mine was reset from 2 to 120)
