GPU Tweak can't tick enable recording function..

i have a GPU TWEAK 2.28 is this updated?, is just download it at Asus site, but my problem is i can't tick the "enable recording" on Recoding Tab, i just want to use it to record my gameplay. Can you please help what suppose to be the problem thank...

Stuttering?

My 7970 Matrix Platinum has microstuttering issues in games but only when I have GPU Tweak running. As soon as I turn it off, it stops stuttering. Is there a fix for this?
