Battery Health Charging app. Who do I have to ask to get this to work with 2016 Asus

Asus Battery Health Charging app works with some 2017 asus laptops.

But it seems 2016 laptops don't work.
It works with the GL702VS, but not the GL502VM.

I can't imagine the battery management being that different.

Is Asus purposely shutting out the 2016 laptops, or are they just not capable of running the software?


Who can get the asus battery software to work with more laptops?

In fact, it can be used. I bought this device myself as a GL503VM in 2018. I have been using it until now, and it has not lost its effect until recently. I am detecting the problem.
