Aura Sync version 1.07.35 is now available.

Release notes:
- Improved support for RTX graphics cards
- Implemented the option to disable in-game lighting effects for Call of Duty Black Ops 4
- ROG Delta headset auto-sync disabled in Aura - no longer necessary to unsync before loading Armoury II.
- Conflict with LiveDash resolved
- Fixed security vulnerabilities

If you experienced installation issues previously, please follow the procedure below:
- Make sure you have updated the firmware for your keyboard & mouse using Armoury.
- Right-click on Setup (not AsusSetup), then Run as administrator to uninstall the old version and remove all cached data.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on Setup, Run as administrator to install 1.07.35.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on the Aura shortcut icon, Run as administrator to open the Aura application.
- If devices are not showing in the Aura UI, hit the refresh icon.

If you need to report any issues after installing 1.07.35, please remember to mention the following to make debugging faster:
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
Please Include a screenshot of the Aura UI, and any other pictures if applicable.

I have a issue, I have enabled in game effects and i tested it out in call of duty black ops it works fine and its decent feature its relly cool, but playing anthem the lights just turn of they do nothing. My mobo lights and ram lights are fully off, if this was a aura issue then surely it would have effected black ops 4, but it effecting anthem? Anyone else or reason why this does not work on anthem?

My friend, sorry but no one from Asus will listen to you here, look the tittle of the topic : "AURA SYNC 1.07.35", the last version is Armory Crate/1.07.71, even the tittle has not been updated.

The customers service invite me to send my configuration and to test it, they still don't get it that's a SOFTWARE problem and NO hardware problem, there is even members who tried to explain them (DLL problems as example) no one is listening or understand.

Youtubers say already that Asus doesn't care in their videos. They will maybe react when we will stop buying Asus products. I have 2 Custom Asus build PC full Aura compatible, I have problems with both (Aura and Armnoury Carte and Armory).

Hello everyone,

Last week, I've built a desktop PC with the following specs:

Asus Z390 E-GAMING Mobo
Intel i7 9700K
XPG S40G SPECTRIX 512 GB SSD which advertised as a 3500 read / 3000 write SSD. no other storage unit is installed on the machine, so this is my OS drive naturally.
Windows 10 Pro x64 Bit

I noticed that my MSI GS65 laptop was faster than my desktop in some tasks, when used side by side with the desktop, which felt slow and sluggish for a pc equipped with a 3500/3000 ssd. So i decided to run some benches on the Desktop.

That's when i saw that my S40G was running at 1000 / 650 speeds. Tried with a bunch of disk benchmark softwares, including Crystal Disk Mark. After a vast investigation, i found that Asus Aura (1.0.7.71) and Asus Armoury Crate is the problem. Whenever i install one of these softwares, S40G's performance dips down to very low values. I uninstall the software, it goes back to 3500 / 2400 values. Since this is a RGB SSD, i'm now certain that Asus Aura (or Armoury Crate) RGB control drivers are causing a conflict with the drive's normal operation. But this only happens when S40G is the OS drive. If i uncheck it from the peripherals list on Aura, drive goes back to normal speeds.

I tried plugging the SSD on to 2 different m.2 sockets (m.2_1 / m.2_2), and tried it on 2 different z390 e gaming motherboards. Both gave me the same results.

i do not use neither Aura nor Armoury Crate at the moment, since dipping from 3500 to 1000 MB/s is a major issue, and needs to be addressed. I also ordered a XPG SX8200 PRO, and when it arrives, I'm gonna make it my OS drive, and check the S40G again with the Aura / Armoury Crate.

Both of them had just been reinstalled.

No, my Graphic Card doesnt support aura.

Hello, i used to get aura working since i bought my computer and installed it. (Jan 2019) But after i updated to the latest version of aura in december 2019, after 2 days installed, my Motherboard and Water cooler (specified on topic "2.") stopped working led lightning. they are totally shut down at the moment. I areadly re installed aura for 1 month everyday trying to get the solution, and this month i decided to reinstall windows. After reinstalling system, only my memories RGB are working with aura. My mother board and watercooler still with led Shutdown.

i areadly gone on BIOS page and turn off and on the configurations on advanced mode> onboard device settings. And it hasnt worked.

When i pop my computer font (RM 750X Golden Plus CORSAIR) on, my motherboard does a blue light flash on RGB light area, as you can see in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvKH38DuOfs

I dont know what else to do anymore.

i had read the iCue-Aura new system and i downloaded it. But when i try to pop lights on, into the iCUE software, it still doesnt work.

I'm using V1.07.71 and i usually use color cycle. But my motherboard stuck on red color and my graphic card work correctly. I don't know how to fix this. Tried to reinstall and delete lastprofile xml, but doesn't work.

Anyone have this issue? Thanks in advance.

Have a similar issue in that my asus strix gpu's flash red on a first and reboot have to go into aura and reset the links for motherboard and cards to be in sync
