Release notes:

- ROG Delta headset auto-sync disabled in Aura - no longer necessary to unsync before loading Armoury II.

If you experienced installation issues previously, please follow the procedure below:
- Make sure you have updated the firmware for your keyboard & mouse using Armoury.
- Right-click on Setup (not AsusSetup), then Run as administrator to uninstall the old version and remove all cached data.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on Setup, Run as administrator to install 1.07.35.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on the Aura shortcut icon, Run as administrator to open the Aura application.
- If devices are not showing in the Aura UI, hit the refresh icon.

If you need to report any issues after installing 1.07.35, please remember to mention the following to make debugging faster:
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.

It was kind of working previously with a lot of bugs.

My ROG Strix GTX 1060 doesn't show up in Aura sync or Armory Crate. (Tried having only one of the application installed at a time also tried having both at the same time, but with no luck) Card stays in breathing mode with red lighting effect. In previous version it used to show up in the application but It randomly went into red breathing effect, like if screen timed out for not using PC for few minutes. when that thing happened it stopped responding to the app and not change the effect the only way to get it to work again was shutting down the PC, turning off the power and turn on the PC again. now It doesn't show up at all. Turning the power off and on doesn't work either.

Just to address that if you have both Razer and Asus products you need to choose between Asus Aura or Razer Synapse, if you install Synapse Aura will stop working.
I noticed that after unninstalling razer synapse Aura was working again, I tested 2 times to be sure and Synapse is the cause. Since I need synapse for my controller Aura is off for me

Today 11/12/2019 Windows 10 version 1909 became widely available. After installing version 1909 Aura Sync became unusable. Any clues as to why? Any setting that I need to change? I reformatted my PC 3 times this week because of this. 2 times when I was on the Insider program and 1 time when not on the insider program. Same thing happens in Armory Crate (Newest version).

I had a Windows 1909 service failure as well, following steps in another thread written by EvlQueen1186, I was able to resolve my issue.
Another user noted that simply deleting the XML file and running Ccleaner gets the trick done - no reboot required. This worked for me also.

I'm not sure which version I as using for the past four months, however, for some inexplicable reason both LiveDash and Aura suddenly stopped working, wouldn't open, so I tried installing the latest version of Aura.

LiveDash won't open and Aura givers me the following message when I try and run with Administrator privileges: "AuraService is currently unavailable. Please close Aura and check if AuraService is installed and started properly." This software has been nothing but garbage from day one and this motherboard is old by this point. It has never worked right but what gets me is that nothing was changed and it was working fine after a complete fresh install of Windows, then all of a sudden it decides that it's going to stop working. THIS NEEDS FIXING. If I was in the software department I'd be embarrassed.

Good day,
I use an ASUS Roc Strix 570 E Gaming with different Aura components. The settings were made in the AuroSync software and these are used without any problems. There seems to be the following configuration:
1. When switched on there is an effect obviously stored on the motherboard.
2. As soon as Windows and the Aura Sync software have been started, the new effect defined in AauraSync is applied.

So there are different lighting effects when the computer is started "Wave" and after the operating system has been started up "Rainbow".

I want to synchronized the lighning effects for these steps of the starting process

How can I change the effect immediately after starting the PC ???
Do I have to do this in the UEFI interface? I haven't made it so far.

yes had aura installed and both ram sticks workd but mobo was never detected. updated bios because it was having problems recovering from sleep. now only 1 ram stick works. un and reinstalled aura sink twice then uninstalled it and installed armory crate. no change

when i first installed the the rgb ram and board worked. after installed aura the board rgb quit unless it was in power down or sleep. the system had a hard time recovering from sleep. after checking and seeing the bios was older then what was available on the drivers page i updated to the latest. now only 1 stick of ram works.

So...

a few weeks ago i had removed lighting service from my pc due to cpu usage issues, i followed some instructions online and exited it from taskmanager and removed the lighting service folder from x86, now im trying to reinstall a newer version to see if there still is cpu problems, but i cant, aura says i need aura service, but when i try to install it it says i have another version of the software, so i cant install it. then when i go into "apps and functions" to remove aura service i get a popup that says "account already exists", when i click on a few times i get up and error message "0x80070643"
