It seems that no one from Asus are helping anymore in this forum... Sorry to say that. Some members are trying (thanks to them), but in an official forum we are expecting some feedbacks/news from Asus itself.

The updates doesn't care/fix of the current problems. It is even worse sometimes. What is going on with Aura/Armoury for the future?
Some people are lucky with a working program, for how long? and what about the other customers? Nothing?
P.S: Look on YouTube how much video about Aura problems... too much.

Ver 1.06.17 worked for me following the usual Revo uninstall and by running the two apps within the AXSP folder.
And when I say it worked, I mean the program opens and finds my motherboard, but not my Asus Strix RX580, so I'll do the usual and leave it for a few weeks, then come back for some more Asus torture.

I installed latest AURA SYNC on my laptop GL702VSK but i get this error as usual (what a surprise with asus software 😉 )

First installation ever. Any idea?

PS: but asus dev, are drunks or what? Is not possible to have an issue every time with them software, goddamn. Most probably a child get a code much better than you. Unbelievable :mad::mad:

(i'm ironic obviously)

The issue i have is no matter what color i chose or even if i turn off the lights after reboot it goes to default settings and some time the app wont even work not responding

1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
BIOS Version 1105.
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
Asus ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming; Asus ROG Strix RTX 2080 OC Edition; Kingston HyperX Predator RGB 2x8GB 4000MHz.
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
No, it hasn't helped.
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
I have tried reinstalling Aura Sync many times and different versions, but it has never worked correctly.
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
No, I haven't downloaded this software.
6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
Windows 10 Pro x64 v.1903 (Build 18362.295).
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
None of all Aura Sync versions I've installed has worked.
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
I can't use Aura Sync software, because it doesn't launch. Installing the last version leads to "AuraService is currently unavailable" mistake; using all others I've got "Asus Aura has stopped working";

Is it really difficult to release a program, that can at least launch correctly?..

Sorry for my English: it is not my mother tongue.

I have motherboard Asus ROG Strix X570 E - Gaming running Lighting Control 1.07.71. It is unable to detect Asus ROG Strix 5700XT GPU. The only options I can see there are Motherboard, DRAM and ADD Strip.

I have uninstall many times, toggle on/ off AURA from bios but no luck. I would appreciate some help to solve this problem. Thank you.

Update: Fixed the issue by reinstalling the windows. I deleted the C drive and created the partition once again.
