Aura Sync version 1.07.35 is now available.

Release notes:
- Improved support for RTX graphics cards
- Implemented the option to disable in-game lighting effects for Call of Duty Black Ops 4
- ROG Delta headset auto-sync disabled in Aura - no longer necessary to unsync before loading Armoury II.
- Conflict with LiveDash resolved
- Fixed security vulnerabilities

If you experienced installation issues previously, please follow the procedure below:
- Make sure you have updated the firmware for your keyboard & mouse using Armoury.
- Right-click on Setup (not AsusSetup), then Run as administrator to uninstall the old version and remove all cached data.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on Setup, Run as administrator to install 1.07.35.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on the Aura shortcut icon, Run as administrator to open the Aura application.
- If devices are not showing in the Aura UI, hit the refresh icon.

If you need to report any issues after installing 1.07.35, please remember to mention the following to make debugging faster:
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
Please Include a screenshot of the Aura UI, and any other pictures if applicable.

I don't know if I can report this problem like this or not but I had this problem since forever and I made topics for it, but never got any help any support or any replay from anyone in asus, almost like they know it exist, but they don't care at all!

honestly I don't know why I paid for RGB made by Asus, their support is terrible, worst support ever.

I probably won't be buying ASUS next time around... the software they provide is terrible. If Corsair made mobo's I'd buy. Might try ASRock next go around.

I agree on Corsair their software is amazing, never had any major issue with them and their customer support is awesome, I just sent them my mouse and keyboard for RMA and not only they were nice in emails, but also they agreed and paid the shipping cost.

I changed Corsair's memory to Hyper because of Corsair's marriage.

Hi, I've found a solutins that has worked for my peblemn "Aura Sync has stopped working.. Checking for a solution online". Googling I found a fix here:

In fact, I didn't need all the steps. What I dis was:

1. Using Revo uninstaller and going to File Explorer to C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/ and right clicking LightingServices and using the option "Uninstall with Revo Uninstaller". I used the "advanced" deletion option on Revo.
2. Uninstalled Aura Sync using usual Windows Programs uninstaller.
3. Restart PC
4. Install again the latest version SW_AURA_WEB_W10_64_VER10757_20190416R
5. Restart PC

Now it works!

FYI, my system:

MB Asus Maximus IX CODE BIOS 1301 + Intel i7-7700K
Power Thermaltake RGB (not AURA compatible)
Memory (16 GB) G-Skill 3200 RGB (Aura compatible)
GC ASUS STRIX GTX1060 6GB (AURA compatible)
Monitors: Asus XG35V (AURA compatible) + Asus VG278H
AIO NZXT Kraken X62 (RGB not AURA coompatible, controlled by NZX CAM soft v 3.7.6)
SSD Samsung EVO 960 500 GB NMVe
HD Hitachi 2 TB
Keyboard & Mouse: Logitech G602 & K800

Additionally several USB devices:
Qi Phone charger (Microsoft)
Wacom Tablet
Smart Card Reader
Denon Sound amplifier (USB connected)
SAI SALICRU One (USB controlled)

My Asus Aura software won't start ( windows says "aura has stopped working" )

1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
BIOS 1704 - Rampage VI extreme with ROG Ryijin 360 , ROG Spotlight, Aura terminal
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
Rampage VI extreme with ROG Ryijin 360 , ROG Spotlight, Aura terminal , Asus strix 2080, Corsair iCue , Asus Halo
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)

4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
Yes new windows and reinstalled aura a few times with icue removed etc
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
No issue on previous test phase of windows before re-install clean on Optane280GB
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.

Try this.

1. reflash your bios(not sure if you need to.) but cant hurt
2.Download uninstaller PRO (i find it better than revo)
3 Uninstall in this order, 1 patriot 2 galaxy gamer, 3 Aura lighting service, 4 Aura. restart after Uninstaller has done its thing
4. delete the lighting service folder in program files
5. run aura cleaner as admin
6. run cc cleaner 2 times to be sure.
7. go into the install folder, and to the lightingservice/acc run all the .exe files to uninstall. except for patriot and galaxy gamer, cuz u already did that.
8. try installing it now
9.(optional) if this doesn't work, go to install folder, in ligthingservice and run the AuraServiceSetup.exe.

if that doesn't work, find an old version of aura set all settings to rainbow default mode. and do the steps over again.

Try this and let us know how it goes 😉

vga at the to for graphics card is missing no control for video card lighting anymore.

Hi, few weeks back someone said (several users actually) that HyperX RGB sticks are no longer supported, I would like to know whether or not it is still a thing in latest 1.07.60?
