AURA SYNC 1.07.35 [Report any issues here]

Aura Sync version 1.07.35 is now available.

Release notes:
- Improved support for RTX graphics cards
- Implemented the option to disable in-game lighting effects for Call of Duty Black Ops 4
- ROG Delta headset auto-sync disabled in Aura - no longer necessary to unsync before loading Armoury II.
- Conflict with LiveDash resolved
- Fixed security vulnerabilities

If you experienced installation issues previously, please follow the procedure below:
- Make sure you have updated the firmware for your keyboard & mouse using Armoury.
- Right-click on Setup (not AsusSetup), then Run as administrator to uninstall the old version and remove all cached data.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on Setup, Run as administrator to install 1.07.35.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on the Aura shortcut icon, Run as administrator to open the Aura application.
- If devices are not showing in the Aura UI, hit the refresh icon.

If you need to report any issues after installing 1.07.35, please remember to mention the following to make debugging faster:
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.
Please Include a screenshot of the Aura UI, and any other pictures if applicable.

I have the same problem..... Color cycle didnt respond. Red color! The other devices change color normally but mb is stocked on red color. I have rampage v edition 10, strix 1070 oc, claymore, spatha, rog terminal, rog spotlight. The pc has windwos 10 x64 pro. Alla the devices are updated! Aura 1.7.36 and 1.7.35 color cycle not responding.....

1.7.35 & 36 no go for me either! Rampage VI Extreme.

1.7.22 was kinda working until it got totally stuck and messed up....

I am back to 1.6.17 which is also problematic.

Honestly, it's been a year since I bought the Rampage VI extreme (a great motherboard hardware wise) and Aura is still a mess...
There is no version for example that allows for proper control of individual Addressable LEDs.....

My Aura was working in the previous version I was running (1.06.95). I have a claymore, spatha and maximus IX. I am able to install AURA but get the popup after trying to start it up, 'AURA not working, checking for a solution' which quite quickly (too quickly) vanishes withtou a solution or asking me to send in a report.

I have removed the old AURA and Lightning services (via configuration panel), run the AURA cleaner. Turned of Armoury II during the install. Installed eveything in administrator mode. But I can't get AURA too work or even open.

Only thing I haven't done is remove the power completely.

I am running AURA 1.07.36 However, NOT 1.07.35.

Please send me some suggestions on what I can try
(reinstalling windows from scratch is not an option)

I installed 1.07.35 and it works. My conclusion is that 1.07.36 is bugged....

i have to report the aura software is so unstable and so bugged . i have spatha, flare, strix gpu, maximus xi hero and corsair rams when i try to sync all that first my flare take two different colors from nowhere and my ram in random time stuck in one color and that problem with memory is from the oldest version i have update aura soft to the latest version with hope to fix that bug with my rams but nothing. i had made bios update yesterday to see if fix something but no luck i hope asus made something for that and fix all the issues with this bugged software and made something fast because many people are very disappointed with all those problems with all parts from asus

I have a problem with new Kingston Hyperx Predator RGB 8 gb 4000Mhz module, because it isnt recognized on Asus Aura sync.
I cant turn on or off the lights, cant change colors, cant change mods of lightening on the DIMM.
Is there a solution on BIOS, or there is an option to fix this problem?

Thought upgrading to windows 1809 version fixed my issue. But nope. Aura still crashes. Usually when playing bfv. Freezes and starts eating around 12-15% cpu until I end task. I give up.

please make aura syncing direction for RAM slot from left to right, A1-A2-B1-B2
not from right to left

Not sure if this has been reported before, but I noticed that when my Spatha mouse is connected to the PC via cable, AURA fails to start and crashes.
As soon as I remove the cable and connect wirelessly, everything starts working fine.
