AURA SYNC 1.07.35 [Report any issues here]

Aura Sync version 1.07.35 is now available.

Release notes:
- Improved support for RTX graphics cards
- Implemented the option to disable in-game lighting effects for Call of Duty Black Ops 4
- ROG Delta headset auto-sync disabled in Aura - no longer necessary to unsync before loading Armoury II.
- Conflict with LiveDash resolved
- Fixed security vulnerabilities

If you experienced installation issues previously, please follow the procedure below:
- Make sure you have updated the firmware for your keyboard & mouse using Armoury.
- Right-click on Setup (not AsusSetup), then Run as administrator to uninstall the old version and remove all cached data.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on Setup, Run as administrator to install 1.07.35.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on the Aura shortcut icon, Run as administrator to open the Aura application.
- If devices are not showing in the Aura UI, hit the refresh icon.

If you need to report any issues after installing 1.07.35, please remember to mention the following to make debugging faster:
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
6. Windows Edition, Version, and OS build.
7. If the same issue was present in the previous version(s).
8. State clearly the issue(s) you are experiencing.

Program load times are extra long on a first boot into the desktop when Aura software is installed when it's trying to communicate with the motherboard.

Yes.. many times trying different combinations of softwares and so on.

For some reason the temps showing are getting frozen, i.e. 30c, but fans stills working fine.. I can even adjust the speed on the software but doesn't matter what I do, the temps doesn't change... even pushing my CPU to 100%, temps remains the same and fans doesn't speed up! O.O... I need to restart the PC to the readings come back to normal. I've read some other posts ppl saying the x399-e doesn't like to many apps accessing the Super I/O but I dont have 😞 I have only TT software and Asus Aura.

I also did tests:

Reseted CMOS and fresh windows install.. I tried with Ai Suit to watch over the readings... also tried with HWInfo64.. neither of them.. just Aura and TT software.. all combinations possible.. temps reading stops and sometimes my AIO pump rpms also freezes... when i have any other software installed apart of Aura and TT software.. the pump also completely stops..not just the readings.

Last test Im doing, completely removed Aura and for the past 48hours... no problem at all.. everything working flawless (But I dont have control over my mobo and ram RGBs without Aura).
With Aura.... every few hours temps/pump stops working. So it makes me think that is some problem with Aura Software.

Please.. I really need some help.

not showing motherboard in aura software. aura lighting stop functioning, 2 strip aura compatible. corsair link uninstalled software ,corsair vengeance dd4 4 sticks 8 gigs... had problems since windows updated..then I updated bios to latest version and updated aura to latest version still same problem....aura 1.07.35,

cuando sincronizo el teclado a la motherboard, ram y gpu. EL teclado se ilumina pero la potencia es mínima. Cuando uso el Rog Armoury para la iluminación del teclado, la potencia aumenta.
Alguna solución? o siempre tengo que usar por separado la sincronizacion de luces.

Saludos. la sincronizacion de las luces del AURA y Armory, es independiente es una o la otra. Lo que puedes hacer, es prepar tus settings en armory para el teclado y raton (si estas usando perifericos ASUS) salvas y cierras armory. Luego abres AURA, y link los perifericos. Una vez realizes esto. Armory no podra abrirse hasta que quites el link o sincronizacion de los perifericos de lo contrario sale error o armory no abre. En Armory, por ejemplo, mi Spartha en inalambrico, tengo la potencia de las luces al 50% y en cable al 100%. SI uso aura, la potencia de las luces es controlada por la sincronizacion de aura como un todo. es parte de lo que hace.

Solo para futuras publicaciones usar ingles. Puedes poder google translate para hacer las publicaciones o me mandas en PM si tienes alguna otra pregunta. Tratere de orientar. Ayudaria mucho que poblaras las specs de tu maquina en los settings para que otros usuraios ven lo que hay. Mas info es mejor para todos. Cheers

I've shutdown/restarted, and unplugged my power supply.. still having the same issue.

I've reinstalled aura,ran CCleaner but still won't work.
THE ONLY version of aura that works is "AURA_WIN7-10-64_V.06.17_1114.zip"
The latest version worked a few days ago but randomly stopped.

Aura doesn't want to open when I try to launch the program. Sometimes it'll pop up a window saying "Aura stopped working - checking for a solution for the problem"

I have tried a couple previous versions but no luck, also aura cleaner didnt help my problem. The only version that opens and works is "AURA_WIN7-10-64_V.06.17_1114.zip" I would use that but it does not detect my hyperx predator ram, assuming that support was added later on with recent versions as "1.07.35" worked before it randomly grenaded.
Also whenever aura is installed it crashes black ops 4 until you disable in game effects in aura, this was suppose to be a feature of aura products but doesnt seem to work.. not that big of a deal though.

EDIT: I have messed with my registry deleting aura related entrys, so far got the latest aura to launch but says "connect compatible device" none of my aura devices are being detected.. WHY? - AURA_WIN7-10-64_V.06.17_1114.zip can detect my hardware (besides hyperx rgb ram) and is usable but the newer aura versions arent?
