AURA SYNC 1.07.22 - Report Issues Here

To better understand which issues you are currently experiencing with the latest release, I will be collecting your feedback from this thread to let the team know. Thanks!

If you are not on the latest version, update to 1.07.22 to make debugging faster, please remember to mention:
1. The BIOS/firmware version for your hardware.
2. The AURA SYNC products you own and any other 3rd-party lighting software.
3. If a power cycle has made any difference. (Shutdown, power off, unplug power cable for a minute)
4. If you have tried reinstalling Aura or Windows already.
5. Do you have Aura for Graphics Cards installed also. (Please uninstall)
6. OS build/version.
7. If the issue was present in the previous version(s).
Please Include a screenshot of the Aura UI, and any other pictures if applicable.

If you experienced installation issues previously, please follow the procedure below:
- Make sure you have updated the firmware for your keyboard & mouse using Armoury.
- Right-click on Setup (not AsusSetup), then Run as administrator to uninstall the old version and remove all cached data.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on Setup, Run as administrator to install 1.07.22.
- Reboot PC.
- Right-click on the Aura shortcut icon, Run as administrator to open the Aura application.
- If devices are not showing in the Aura UI, hit the refresh icon.

Same Here. Still high CPU usage on most animations.

Hello,
unfortunately I have a new issue with the new 1.07.35 version of Aura Sync software. When I change the settings at "Sync on shutdown" it just won't save them and it will turn back to default (which is rainbow effect). You'll have to apply it manually everytime after a reboot. It always goes form "Off" to "Rainbow" effect and my pc will shine like a christmas tree at night and actually I can't fall asleep to that. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software several times. I'm using an ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming with newest BIOS (4207). I'm on Windows 10 x64.

I hope that Asus will realease a fix for that quickly!

And I wanna say that HyperX Predator RAM users should avoid this like the plague. This version does not work with the RAM and the last still working version (1.06.95) will not launch after reinstalling. GG Asus.

Try 1.07.22 its what I am using now and it works with HyperX Ram.

My memory is HyperX Predator and it does not work with 1.07.35. I have reinstalled version 1.07.22 and it did not run... I made a trick with deletion of last version of ASUS Com Service at this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AXSP and now AURA 1.07.22 is working! May be it will be usefull to somebody. Install correct version of this service from Lighting_Control_1.07.22\LightingService\aac\AXSP.

But now i see strange red color instead of Color Cycle on ASUS RAMPAGE V EDITION 10 motherboard!

Working fine on X299 Deluxe and 8x8 sticks of g-skill trident z rgb but like the .22 version hard stutter on rainbow mode....
