Aura cannot find my motherboard?

I have this motherboard, but asus Aura cannot find my motherboard?

This is the version with the little RoG logo you can change the colour off?

Can anyone help me? I have tried the beta and the latest normal version.

Go to an owners thread (here or other forum) for your motherboard and ask about it since it might be specific to your mobo model.

Hi,

Your motherboard (ROG Maximus VIII Hero) is not AURA Sync compatible, only AURA RGB.

Use the latest 1.01.16 version of AURA visible on the support page of your motherboard : https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/utils/Lighting_Control_1_01_16.zip

and Aura does not recognize MB? Any idea why
