This happend after updating to Armoury Crate 5.6.3.0
I did already fixed Fan Xpert issue but this not working after a few clean installations.
Deleted and used uninstaller manually and dedicated exe.
Also updated the .net and vcredit to the newest version available.
All BIOS/Windows/other updates are here.
