Asus x570 Tuf WIFI DTS Custom

So I've have never been able to use the DTS Custom it comes with i have all latest drivers downloaded directly from the asus page, Everytime I try to use it, it says please connect headphones to enable DTS Custom, I also can't use realtek console, I have an NVIDIA Gpu but I don't have the nvidia audio drivers installed. the headphones work, but why I wanna be able to make a custom EQ and try out the DTS Custom, but I can't and it's very annoying.
forgot to mention I've tried plugging in my headphones to both the audio jacks on the front and directly to the motherboard, headphones work mic sounds good, but same issue on both ends.

I know this is older thread but I am having same issue and most sites say Download DTS app and drivers from Asus support page. Only drivers there are for RT audio.

This was a fresh windows install I had same issue program said please hookup headphones and I could not click on anything else. Removed the audio drivers again and re install DTS custom from the windows store which now shows a different welcome to start up DTS splash screen. Once again i can't click next or close or anything on the app.

Very sad about this. Reason I went with the Tuf x570 was this feature and it doesn't even work.

Try with Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG/PRIME/TUF MB) from my UAD drivers thread. Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process with cleanup step, for the next drivers packages that I would release, you will can directly follow your UPDATE process.

Note (in order to choose correctly the install/update process to use) : You have a ASUS TUF DTS Custom motherboard.
