Anyone else having issues with GPU Tweak 3 V 1.5.8.0?

I have run the OC scanner and applied what ever vaules it gives me to a profile. I have set up my OSD and everything seems to work fine. After a few days everything resets it self to stock, by it self?? Wondering if anyone else has been having issues like this for the Asus app for there GPU's.

I am running Windows 11 pro, 22H2 Build 22621.1265
