asus service com stops responding when i boot up battlefield 2042

Hello guys  when i boot up battlefield 2042  i get asus  service stops responding error  in reliability report

im sorry that i dont have  screenshot from the error yet since i been trying all kinds of stuff like from    install earlier versions of windows    from windows 10 to windows 11 and earlier versions of armoury crate to like the stand-alone full package i wonder if its a  armoury crate issue or a battlefield  issue 

i dont have screenshot from  error yet i  upload it when i get one again  probably within a few days when i start  playing again  have a fresh install of windows again  and updating all drivers and software

i also get corrupt gamefiles now thats a new one so i am gonna repair the gamefiles too

well the corrupt game files is solved but still getting the asus com service error after i booted up battlefield 2042

even after a fresh install of windows  and doesnt matter what version  tried both windows 10 and 11  and also tried  fresh install armoury crate also the stand alone installer of armoury crate just keep on getting the asus com service crash after booting battlefield 2042

i can confirm i booted up helldivers 2 on steam and cooler and all runs as normal  so i think this might be a  issue with ea only games or maybe even with battlefield 2042   tbh i wouldnt be suprised that it has something to do with ea anticheat or something  cos i dont get the asus com service error with helldivers 2  and yest whatever i do or try it will pop up with  battlefield 2042

so i started a post about all this at ea  also  its something with ea battlefield 2042 (maybe anticheat blocking asus  com service or not  let it work as it should maybe) or a issue with armoury crate not working with  battlefield 2042 and even maybe its  newer anticheat  im not sure 

something with battlefield 2042 might  give errors on  asus  com service crash - Answer HQ (ea.com)
