I think red light was CPU. Do a CMOS clear (plug battery out for a minute or so and short the clear CMOS pins during the same time).
Check that the ram sticks are properly inserted, check that the cooler is properly sitting on the CPU. Make sure all wires and such are where they should be.
Tr just 1 stick of ram.
Try also updating to BIOS 0401 FIRST then to the latest. Of course do it after the CMOS clear for better chances.

Hello and ty for replay! I cleared CMOS tried every single bios available there, even 0.221. Its always says "not proper bios file".
For CPU, i think its installed correctly becouse i did every single stress on him (max temp around 55c), and everything went normal.
For the thing i did not tried is updateing bios via DOS. I found interesting thread about editing x370 and use with 0.809 (edited) use DOS metod and try to flash it. But i think its a little bit risky.
The thing is bothering me the most is that my bios (0.223) is older than first bios release (0.221)...

Are you sure you got the right bios for the right board? Do you have the x370 strix board or the b350f board? Make sure you download the right BIOS for the right chipset. Do not bios update from windows tho. Not recommended.

Positive (asus rog strix b 350-f gaming)...
I tried DOS, to 0.401 versions of bios and it worked, and got my self black screen... I'll try with ram/unplug, clear CMOS again. If that doesnt work i will try recovery with CD.
My plan was to update bios via dos to 0.401 and then flash it with x370 modeled with 0.809 beccase of ram frequence bug. But got stuck now with 0.401 black screen.. ill post here updates for any1 who have similar bugs

i dont understand a word you are saying? 0.223 older than 0.221 ? you mix up boards and bios? want to flash a modded x370 onto a b350-f for what reason ?
a ram frequence bug? ..
try this one first. flash the 0809 bios first, see if your problems go away, disconect everything xpect keyboard while flashing. only use 1 ram stick while flashing if you are afraid of a ram bug. plz explain or link the ram frequence bug info.
i remember in the old dos flash days there was a force option in the .exe flash file but i strongly suggest not to make use of it. try 0809 first and let me know how it went, ok ?
