Asus gpu tweak2 oc mode wrong power target

Hi I have asus rog strix gtx1070tiAdvanced edition.in gpu tweak2 when I select oc mode gpu speed goes to 104% and gpu boost 1759mhz but power target stays at 100% which is the same as gaming mode's power target
