ASUS DisplayWidget Center Cannot add GameVisual user preset?

As you can see the option is there but it does nothing when I click on it, yet it can be chosen in the App Tweaker.

quick question I have a Asus Rog Zephyrus M16 laptop -  My armory create looks different then your pictures.. question i have is ..  how do u get the app tweaker? and is your layout different because mine is a laptop and yours is, im guessing a full built pc?        "asus display widget center. "  im guessing thats it.   if u got a link that be great..  also  do u have multiple displays   because when I use my 27 in monitor - it prevents me from being able to change my game visuals,  maybe because  its running in HDR/ UHD - but i notice if i choose the visual i want before i connect to monitor im good...    hopefully that helps
