ASUS COM SERVICE (asComSvc) don't start after KB5039211 security update for Windows 10 22H2

After Microsoft  latest security update, Asus COM service don't start anymore! (event error 1053)

Programs affected:

ASUS AI Suite 3.x

Aura Sync Utility Legacy Software 1.xx 

Armoury Crate (? - not used here, but if this service is used, should have the same problem)

(tested in 3 pc's in my office - All with Windows 10 22H2 fully updated.)

Any feedback about this issue and a possible solution is appreciated.  (No, uninstall KB5039211 is not a solution!)

Problem solved by ASUS support. Case closed.
