I have an Asus Strix z390 motherboard with Bios 1401 from 2019/29/11.
I installed Aura Sync Software version 1.06. because version 1.07. was not installed and it always told me Aura Service Unvaliable, even if I correctly executed the procedure indicated on this forum to uninstall AAAuraaa Sync and install it again.
In my computer I have Windows 10 pro 64 bit vers. 1909 November Update.
The problem I find is the following:
The logo of my motherboard responds correctly to the Aura commands.
I connected 1 Argb fan from the manufacturer Deep Cool SERIES cf 120 but The fan always stay in Rainbow mode, so they turn on but I can't change lighting effects from the Aura software which instead correctly adjusts the logo of my motherboard based on my commands. The fan is compatible with Aura Sync.
I tried also with a Master Fan 120 Argb fan by Cooler Master, but the same problem.
when I connect the argb fans to the argb 3 pin header on the motherboard no device is seen by the Aura software.
Only the motherboard is seen among the Argb devices.
I also changed the 3 pin argb cable, but same problem
I installed Corsair's IcUE software and Cooler Master's Master Plus software on my computer.
I tried to uninstall both Icue and Master plus but the result does not change.
Do you have any idea what the problem may be?
