ASUS AI Suite 3 V3.03.43 does not load after last Win 11 sec updates

As in title ASUS AI Suite 3 V3.03.43 does not load, Windows blocks sys files probably.

On Win 11 V.25H2 
OS build 26200.7462
Mainboard:  Crosshair X670E Extreme

Core isolation disabled, AI suite cleaned, with suite cleaner, and reinstalled, earlier versions do not work as well.
Navigated to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AI Suite III\ and tried to locate AsIO.sys or AsIO3.sys

Couldn't.

From what i've read these are essential for the soft to work, reinstall does not deploy them again.
Had no issues with it yesterday till latest security update from Windows update.

Microsoft defender is my only security soft ATM

As mentioned reinstall does not fix the issue, AI suite installer shows all modules are installed but soft does not boot with OS or on manual attempt to start it.
Looking for more solutions ATM but would like to get some help here if possible.

Let me tell you the solution. This is not a Windows Update issue.
The problem is the NVIDIA 591.44 driver.
I went through a lot of trial and error and finally figured it out.
Change your NVIDIA driver to version 581.94.

I can confirm it was the Nvidia driver 591.44 that somehow was blocking the AI Suite 3 from running.

There was a Nvidia update to 591.59 on december 18th, installing it fixed the issue.

If that's the case it would be nice to get some kind of AI Suite update from ASUS to fix compatibility issues between those drvs and the app in the near future.

AI Suite gives me some fun while tinkering with it etc.
On the other hand i do enjoy the BF 6 optimisation as BF 6 player, that Nvidia update fixes too much ;S sadly.
Same for Monster hunter, the Witcher...
Either way if the next Nvidia drvs will go the same route, reverting to previous drvs will not be a permanent solution.
I do like new games as much as the next user...

Following up on my Asus AiSuite issue, it's Tuesday, December 30, 2025. I reinstalled the latest Nvidia driver.
I restarted my PC and, miraculously, AiSuite started without any problems.
I'm guessing it might have been a Windows 11 update!
