(ARMOURY CRATE) Problems

Hello!

The icon Gamepad in the left has disapeared and I miss other settings icons too.
As a result, I can't change any settings of my Asus Ryujin anymore, sometime it appears again after a reboot, is says that I have to update some software, after it finished to dowload the first update, the installations didn't started, I reboot again, now the gamepad has disappeared for ever.

What should I do?

sorry to say but they wont fix it.. ryujin 360 is sit there not working ..just buy different aio .. they are gonna realease ryujin 460 like nothing happened in 2020

I can tell you that 3 years ago I changed from asus to gigabyte and I can tell you technical service great problems solved within 24 hours if the problem subsystem connected to my pc via team viewer online technical support with chat or phone with asus technical support you says to open a ticket that for 3 months have not solved anything, on the contrary they tell you that it works very well I wait as I said if by the end of the month they do not solve the problems since the store does not reimburse me because for them there is no defect but only a mess from part of asus will start a legal practice and will require over the reimbursement of the purchased goods also of damages for all the lost time not being able to use the one I purchased

dont need to send pics and all that **** just tell them u cant update ryujin 360 restart and restart not update...and wait for the answer
