ARMOURY CRATE installation failed (Error code: 601)

I think this is an update but installing ArmouryCrateInstaller_3.2.7.2 in the past worked fine, it wasn't until this annoying update broke things and now getting this error code 601 ?

Where can I find logs to troubleshoot this ?

This process is entirely too complicated, and the instructions were nearly impossible to find. (I found these reddit instructions before I found the ASUS instructions!) There are three separate installs that must be done in a very specific order to accomplish a proper Armoury Crate setup. It is a 10 step process. The ASUS Driver & Tools Support page does does a poor job of instructing the install.

I installed :

Armoury Crate Service Service V3.0.5

Armoury Crate UWP Version V3.0.4

ROGLiveService Package Version V1.0.26.0
