Armoury Crate error Fan Xpert code P-9002

Hello.
Everything about the Armory Crate program works for me except Fan Xpert. When trying to access it, it returns me that there is an error with the device page and tries to reload it. The error code is P-9002.
The program was working perfectly for months until this problem appeared.
I have tried to uninstall the application with the uninstaller that Asus has and reinstall again; but in this part of the program it always gives me the same error.
What solution is there? It is the part in charge of controlling the fans of the PC, and it is all updated.

Did you find a solution? Mine is doing the same...

I have not yet received any kind of response or possible solution; and it is a problem, since what fails is the control of the fans .....

Please, read my answer at the end. Look for Bios update....

Updated the latest bios 1303 of ROG Maximus Z790 Hero, having reset all the bios values, readjusted them again, etc., and without having touched anything Armory Crate, Fan Xpert 4 has worked perfectly the first time.
As previous collateral damage, I had another problem that has also now been solved after the Bios update, and that is that AIDA64 refreshed the values every 40 seconds and there was no way to correct it. Now updates in real time as when everything was working correctly
