I have a newly built rig with ROG Strix B550-F Gaming m/b. Installed latest version of Armory Crate s/w. Most of the AC features are working as expected. Even got the Aura to recognize my Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB ram. When I click on Device, the only device listed is the m/b, and when I click on that, it gives me the spinning dots for a while, then just a big blank screen. No m/b info.
I have made sure all the Win 10 drivers are updated for all of my components, latest chipset drivers, etc., and as I mentioned, I am on the latest version of Armory Crate (3.2.4.0).
Is there something else I need to do to enable A/C to properly read my motherboard? Do I need to update my BIOS or something? According to A/C, there is no new BIOS available. (BTW, my current BIOS is version 2.20.1271)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
