Are GPU Tweak III and Asus GPU Tweak the same program?

Hi Folks,
Would someone please clear up the difference, (if any), between "GPU Tweak III" and "ASUS GPU Tweak"? That's exactly how they come up in my searches.
i.e.; Asus GPU Tweak: https://asus-gpu-tweak.en.lo4d.com/windows#screenshot_header
and
GPU Tweak III: https://www.asus.com/campaign/GPU-Tweak-III/us/index.php
