AISuite III, can't install Intel Management Engine ?

Last Monday I installed a new SSD in my system, a Kingston HyperX Predator Pci-E SSD.

So I did a full reinstall of Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
Installed all the latest drivers etc.
Then came AISuite III.
I've got AISuite installed, but it doesn't go to 5-way because Intel Management is installed.

Okay, no problem ,so install Intel Management Engine you say.
Yes, well that's were things go wrong.
I can't get Intel Management Engine installed , I keep getting the same error "this platform is not supoorted"

I've tried differend MEI version, all of them keep giving the same install error.
Just done a new clean full Windows 8.1 install , still no installing Intel Management Engine.


If anyone could tell me what the problem is here, it would be highly appreciated...

I'm only guessing here but is it possible the MEI fails because the firmware needs to be updated? Latest firmware I've found is: Intel_ME_Firmware_10.0.38.1000_*.* at Station Drivers: http://www.station-drivers.com/

The motherboard lost the ME firmware, I don't know how it happened, i'm geussing it happened when I put a new BIOS on the Max VII Ranger.

I've tried to flash some older version of ME, but it didn't
