AISuite fails to start after Windows update KB4056892 (Intel vulnerability patch)

It fails to start with "The Sever Threw an Exception" Error box.

The services and AISuite executable appears to be actually running, but the AISuite GUI does not start.

Please fix Asus (should have been on top of this I would think).

We just need the microcode updated, and ai suite fixed, I rely on thermal radar to be honest to undervolt my H015 and silence those annoying assist fans. I see they have updated the H81, but not the higher end boards, which is disappointing. I was going coffee lake but now I think I will go for the second iteration of Ryzen. Not crazy about Amd's drivers in my past experiences though.

Yep, same issue here. Ai Suite failed.

Not concerned as I'm about to upgrade to Maximus X Code and 8700K, plus other componants, so will not bother with Ai Suite if it fails gain. The fan curves I use it for can be configured in the UEFI anyway.

Have Asus responded in this thread or are they just ignoring us? Very bad if they haven't responded. Quite disgusted actually.

Apologies if they have and I've missed it.

I too am experiencing Ai Suite II problems. Since updating Windows 10 with KB4056892 the program will no longer open.

Maximus IV Extreme-Z (Intel z68)

If an update ever comes for Ai Suite 2, where will it be posted and how can I be notified?

Bookmark this thread. I will time to time, I will also check other sources, if someday we have the update, and no one writes here, I will.

Thank you for that. I'll be watching the thread too. I hope Asus watching too.

Well they are now responding to customer emails however they clearly don't understand the issue with AI Suite II.

I would still recommend that people email to ASUS support as this appears to be monitored now.

I hope Asus will find way to fix it. I would love working version of AI Suite for my P9X79 PRO and P8P67 DLX.

Goes to show this company has NO compassion when dealing with their customers, except for those who have brand new boards....but, in 3 yrs, i bet $1000 on it, that AI suite 3 will no longer be of use because it will reach its " EOL" like suite 2 has.
Just another fine example of corporate greed and screw the customers.
I used to talk highly about Asus. Not after this an showin no compassion. I will say to anyone who asks me who do i recommend? Answer "boycott Asus, they dont give a sh*t about you after 3 yrs!"
Sending my 1080's back....screw you Asus!
