Started getting the issue today too, thanks for the posts. I thought I'd have to re-format thinking something major had gone wrong. Tried a few things but still does it.

Having the same problem, AI Suite works but now en then I'm getting the error.
Hope they release an update soon.

Hi everyone

I just registered to post here as I am facing the exact same problem since yesterday and I "solved" it (temporarily I guess) by following the advice posted earlier to block AISuite 3 in firewall.

By doing so AISuite3 has stopped crashing. Of course this can be considered only a temporary solution and either there was an issue earlier with ASUS servers (I was facing also difficulties to register since for more than 1 hour the site was unavailable) or it is a software issue and I hope they will sort it out with a patch or something like that.

Thanks for they great community and the advice to block its outgoing communication in firewall.

Just blocked AISuite in my firewall and errors are gone 🙂

Blocking Ai Suite with the firewall also worked for me but is not an optimal way to keep this working. Come on Asus get this resolved!

Any updates on this problem ?

Same here, too.

Win 10 64bit
Asus Strix Z270f
AMD Radeon R9 Nano

Windows 10 x64
Ausus Maximus IX Hero - bios updated to most recent version
GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8gb videoram, latest nvidia driver
AISuite3 - most recent version offered by Asus.

Have the same issue on the Z270h
