AI Suite still not working, at all.

AI Suite crashes hard when I try to manage my fans through Fan Xpert 4. I posted at the time it started to happen, end of last year.

The latest release for AI Suite was the version 3.00.13 on the 2018/01/16 (according to your website). It's been almost 7 months I can't manage my motherboard settings.

What the **** are you guys doing?
Jesus Christ, I swear to god this is the last time I buy anything from Asus.

How can you possibly think it's okay to sell some top tier priced hardware, a whole bunch of features that go with them, and then just don't do anything about it when nothing works??

I had issues with Aura, Armoury, AI Suite and GPU Tweak. Literally every single one of your softwares. Get your **** together.

Yeah he is, but who pays his wages? WE DO, when we buy this high cost hardware that we expect to work properly, both hardware and required software. We pay their wages by buying their products.

Like I have not done that too many times to count and still nothing is fixed, still fails to install, still have a useless bit of hardware that is now a glorified paper weight and still no serious apology or even a advisement that it is being fixed.

All they have done is brought out version after version with the same issues and more!!!

I stand by what I said, it's not a rant it's an intention.

We don't tolerate expletives, sorry. I've issued a ban. Complaints are fine. Expletives will get you a warning, and then a ban. Aggression and threats only go so far, too.

I did not get any answer. There was no update on AI Suite since that time.
This is unacceptable.

At the second this motherboard is out of warranty, it gets the hell out of my PC. And you can be sure the next one I'll buy will not be from Asus.
I know you're an employee doing its job and I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at your company.
Are your superiors aware about the outrage that is going on? Are they aware than majority of their software are completely broken? Are they planning to do ANYTHING about it?

Iv been using aisuite from beginning. Now in couple months iv reinstalled it severy times to get it working and allways it crashed after some windows 10 update. This time it dosent even work at all. tryed to install diffrent versions f it but nothing helps. Srcreen shows up for some secendes to minutes and then it crash. It dosent say reason why it do it, But everything just disapeared and i can restart it to just see how many secends it last online.

Defently we need some update to this program. Or just starting to use other company. I dont own many asus things but thos what i own can be calculate over 10k€ .

I have to second epicDoc's sentiments, this forum is a wash of problems with AI Suite. There is no point in listing problems here anymore. Nothing is done, so many unanswered posts and problems with Asus Software that I think asus has given up even trying to tackle them. Im not using expletives to describe how I feel as I am past the "angered stage" im now resigned to the fact that my blindness of brand power has got the better of me and I "WILL NOT" purchase another Asus product. Once my current Asus products reach EOL. so does my loyalty with Asus end.


Unless these problems are acknowledged and addressed.

Ever heard of customer retention? perhaps a concept that is alien to Asus

What's the specific issue here? AI3's which component isn't working? I'll need some details:
PC product name
Your current OS
Any hardware changed since u bought the PC?
When was the Last time it worked for you?

Thanks. I'm just a member, but i might be able to help. I have had similar issues with AI2, esp the 3-pin fan since that's the only fan the system has... but, I was able to fix it all, even on W10. So, let it all out... I'm all ears. 😊 *

I installed AI_Suite_III_3.00.13_DIP5_1.05.14 for my X99 platform.
I decide to try Fan Xpert 4 because I bought 3 Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM.

I only hope software will continue to work nice because it's amazing software.
Options, controling, everything, but if so many people struggle with
AI Suite I think ASUS should organize one group to work only on AI Suite software and optimization for all platforms.
And if one work no reason to update on new version if no new settings and if everything work fine. I had problems with 1.05.13 but 1.05.14 work.

I bought the Rampage VI Extreme because of its feature set inclusing AI Suite - Fan Expert and Aura.

Nothing works as intended software wise - I have uninstalled AI Suite and I am using Q-Fan from BIOS for controlling 19 Fans but I would like better control. Maybe I will look towards Aquaero. Aura Sync is also a let down and not working properly with my 64GB of G.Skill RGB RAM.
