AI Suite Fan Xpert 3 with fan extension card

I have a maximus viii extreme motherboard and I am using the fan extension card that came with it. When I use fan tuning with fan xpert 3 it doesn't recognize the card and sets them at full speed 24/7.

The fan speeds read in the bios but fine but AI suite does not want to work right with it

Just curious, if you open the windows event log and look in the application log are there any errors showing for asus processes/services?

I do not see any errors that happened by looking into the past events

anybody getting conflicts with Windows Ecplorer on Windows 11 and AI Suite leaving a ghost tab on the desktop?
