I'm aware of this tool, but this is to run AFTER I uninstall AI Suite, right?. But I can't find anwhere to uninstall this software.

I believe this software you need to run while in SAFE Mode and it will uninstall everything without having to uninstall it first. That is what I did.
Panteks Enthoo Elite / Asus x299 Rampage VI Extreme / Intel I9-7900X / Corsair Dominator RGB 3200MHz

MSI GTX 1080 TI / 2x Intel 900p / Samsung 970 Pro 512GB

Samsung 850 PRO 512GB / Western Digital Gold 8TB HD

Corsair AX 1200i / Corsair Platinum K95 / Asus Chakram

Acer XB321HK 4k, IPS, G-sync Monitor / Water Cooled / Asus G571JT Laptop

so i did a clean installa a few days ago fresh windindows frech drivers from the asus website
AISuite3_Win7-81-10_V10145
and DIP5_10360 witch you stil have to download stil not in the pack
ran the 5 way optimize put the stress thest i bit higer to 2m every thing ran fine
then it went up to a 4.4 again of witch i know crashes ran aido for 1 h all stil fine
until i start running games tested with gta 5 atm but i know the same happens with bf1 and blue screen
so ai suit is stil making unstable overclocks
im stil waiting to see if the usb unplug bluescreen is gone but i dont think so
same for the bug wher 1 of the fans spins up to 100% for no reason since it always happens when the pc is not in use or if im watching tv on it

so bahz i did everything you askt and its stil broken as **** stil waiting for the ai suite update 1 year +++ and counting

Version .13 works with the latest 16291 W10 Insider Build

okey bahz i finaly got around to updating the bios last week
so updated the bios raid gone as always so put the backup back
then i ran the 5 way optimize it created a 4.4 witch i know does not work did it again again 4.4 so it stil cant create a stable over clock
so i manualy put it to 4.3 and saved the profile but you cant make the profile auto start so every reboot you have the set it ....
fan extansion card stil not working
stil get blue screens after gaming and unplugging the mouse every few days
so nothing new its all stil ****

i also build a new pc for someone with a z270 a 7700k and 1070 strix and carsair rgb ram
so almost the same as my x99 strix and 1070 strix just on the lower and platfrom
it runs like a dream ai suit did a 4.8 since the cooler could not do more it is thermal troteling
no crashes every thing runs rly wel
only bad thing is the rgb on the 1070 strix witch has bad collers just like mine so red is not red and white is purple

probably gone reinstaal again soon to a new m.2 ssd but i dont think the problem wil get solved it wil be 1 and a half year soon
and its stil broken crap all the pc i have build with asus and mine the one that cost the most is the most broken

That is strange, something with W10. It works for me in 16296. I have a Tuf Mark 1, on the website they had a newer version of Thermal Radar2 Dated 8 Sep. I tried it and didnt work. Had to use AI clean and was able to install .13 and it worked for me.

I tried to use the AISuiteCleaner but the program gives no feedback, just a quick flash of a dialog then a quit. I have 3 services left behind that I suspected were interfering with my UEFI overclock because the Core voltage did not seem to apply correctly. Since disabling these services, it seems to work as expected. Working with a Z270i.

ASUS Com Service
ASUS HM Com Service
AsusFanControlService

were all left behind after I uninstalled all Asus programs. Any way to get rid of these? I would like to use the AISuite for fan control, but like I said it seemed to be doing something wonky with the UEFI overclock.

Try killing the services running through taskmanager and then delete their folders.
