Hi, I have Win10 x64 build 1703 and an ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO Z370. I wanted to install AI Suite 3 but it doest install. The installer opens short but then close again and nothing happens, Someone knows what I can do?

It’s more than clear ASUS don’t listen to their customers, and uses some wage slaves to moderate their forums, and only gives on marketing and phone sales.
I advise you looking for a other mainboard from a company that update their software regularly just like I’ve done.

RIP AI SUITE.

Yes I agree AI Suite is done, everytime MS runs and update is screws the program, I won't install it again its not really needed everything can be done in the UEFI and windows updates don't effect it from there.
Bahz was our best hope and he has moved on.

Just solved the problem with W10 update 1079.

I dowloaded original zip file, right cliked and in properties "unblocked" the file, unzipped it and it installs and works just fine 🙂

Gigabyte to a good motherboard management utility. And if it needs to be uninstalled, it will uninstall itself without leaving orphaned modules that turn in the background without warning and without uninstall links. The problem of AI Suite is the Dual Intelligent Processor module which is nothing more than a compilation of old EXE and DLL files dating from Smart Doctor. And its functions of managing absent modes, performance are redundant with Windows that already includes these functions. USB power Management also creates conflicts with that of Windows. Dual Intelligent Processor is a sloppy and there are no serious people that works on it at Asus.

Agreed, but they post it on numerous thread.
They were plenty.
Not to defend them as i usually rant but this time for THIS particular soft it was quick.

For the mobo support pages they don't update them for a looong time ago if not their actual mainstream/marketing ones... So one have to subscribed to the soft thread... Yes it is how it goes saddly 😐

I did saw it, but is this new? Is it changed? nah....

First of all.....where are the release notes. How can we test it if we don't know what they've changed.

It's it looks like the same copy/past software as we know for years.

Just compare AISuite3_3.00.01 vs AISuite3_3.00.10 (the latest beta) The latest beta contains even some older files than the older AISuite3_3.00.01 version.

So obvious, when you wanna buy a new mainboard of Asus next year, pretty sure you get the same bugged software, which is of course very disappointing because the hardware they make is nice.

They have to build it from scratch...but nevermind, Jerry Shen doesn't read this anyway 🙂

this thread is way to scary for them even the one admin who was responding is gone now
