Every time I restart my pc now my fan profiles are deleted and fan xpert has to reconfigure my fans. Never had this problem on previous version and is really annoying having to do this every time I turn on my pc.

I saw this happen briefly too, when the bluescreen took a little longer to pop up.

Aisuite missing here also, so just using qfan in bios on a ranger viii, when i set to turbo for fans, and then when i stress the cpu with prime, when cpu temps get to like 75, all the fans in my case dont seem to run at 100%, each fan shows in hwmonitor that there running like 150rpm less than there max rpm, in bios when i set to full, i see there true speeds in bios, but not in windows.

I installed the Beta, got the Access violation error for dip4.dll after using it shortly, followed the steps to clean and reinstall using safe mode and everything.

Here is what I found regarding the Fan Xpert 4 and the dip4.dll issue,

  • If I executed the 5 Way optimization then the access violation error would occur in Fan Xpert 4,
  • If I resisted the temptation to run the 5 way optimization everything works as expected.

Moral of the story for me is to not use the quick automated model with 5 Way Optimization and do it all by hand within AI Suite.

I actually really needed something like AI Suite because the the q Fan stuff in the bios sets my water pump to 100% with no ability to change it and I really don't want that.

Hi,
i make a new install last Windows 10 ISO ( site Microsoft) and install official AI suite Asus for Rampage V extreme and....

I have access violation without using 5 way optimization ... all start when the first time I use FanTuning in TPU/Graphics Cards ...
Every time I press Fan Xpert 4 AIsuite freeze with access violation ...

I'm able to control AIO Water block and fans only with the small icon with X

I have Z170-K with i7 6700K, I got all 3pin fans, set DC control in BIOS. Before the win10 update they were controlled by AI Suite III no problem. Now with beta 3.00.10 one set of fans (1X back, 2X top all on one splitter) is running at 100% and Fan Expert 3 shows N/A after fan tuning. Also the CPU fan is louder and I can't get the speed down by a certain treshold. Is there any cure for that?

Hello everyone

I am new here and have been following this thread since my AI Suite stopped working due to the latest Win 10 updates.

I am confused by the fact there are so many versions of the AI Suite floating around. For my X99-E the listed version is ASUS AI Suite 3 V1.01.40, which has not worked or fails to install. I am also confused by the various version numbers; how did Asus jump from v1x to v3x? Why isn't there an official link to the Beta version and list of compatible motherboards? Is v3x compatible with all of them? I downloaded v3x from someones personal Google Drive listed a few pages back, I am unable to find the official Beta anywhere on Asus site.

I also installed the latest MOBO firmware and latest drivers. All of this has caused my PC to sometimes boot, sometimes not.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Just had Version 3.00.13 become available on my product page (TUF Z370 gaming plus)

Thanks for posting this. I am downloading and will try it out, report back. I still don't understand all the different versions listed on different motherboards, I assume (hope) they are all cross compatible.

Cheers
