I wonder why this Suite has fewer packages for my X99-A II ? PC Cleaner and such are missing why?

Getting this:
"Access violation at address 07EB5AA in module 'dip4.dll'.
Read of Address 00000000

AISuite3_3.00.10, Win 10-64 1709 build 16299.192, Maximus VI Extreme, bios 1603, Strix 1080ti OC

Everything seemed to work fine for awhile including tuning and saving profiles. No more Fan UAC requests or exceptions.
BUT NOW
clicking on Fan Expert gives Access violation and causes unresponsive UI.
I'm thinking it might somehow be a dirty install - maybe I'll try another clean install of AI Suite3.

Haven't tried newer GPU tweak yet, its still giving LED UAC popups.

I am experiencing this exact problem as well. Asus Maximus VII Formula w/4790K, latest W10 update w/security update and AI Suite III beta in OP.

I should note, this is a clean install of W10 and AI Suite III beta. The ONLY other program I installed was Firefox (Edge can go to hell). I get that error when I click on the fan tuning menu. Before I did the dual intelligent processor setup process, fan control worked fine. But after I did that process it broke as described above.

Run as admin did not work either. Anyone with an M7F and W10 have this working? Also, no error report in event viewer for this issue. WTH!

I had your same error... I uninstalled AI3 beta, AI3 cleaner, re installed... and now works, but:

- I can't select fan position
- AI3 doesn't remember settings
- I can't run 5-Way Opt otherwise PC comes in a reboot loop

I had close to the same 3 issues out of the box. Couldn't select fan position, no option (doesn't matter to me), AI3 doesn't remember settings (before 5-way opt setup), buuuut, 5-way opt setup kills FanExpert. I did not get a boot loop but eh. So basically we are SOL. Right now I am running off BIOS, which is "functional" but far from ideal since there is now up/down delay/smoothing setting. No way in hell I'm touching SpeedFan. IDK what would make the M7F different from any other ROG board in terms of PWM control. Maybe it's a BIOS thing?

I've contacted Asus CS via phone and they said they would call me back Monday-ish. I've sent them messages on Twitter and Facebook. I've also contact MS that this update has messed with PWM control with Asus motherboards (will to bet WS boards are affected as well). I'm not very optimistic Asus will issues a patch (BIOS or AI Suite for a 3 gen old mobo. Since I have a custom loop, I'll probably end up buying an Aquaero and handling fan/pump control that way.

I'm getting the same as these two guys. I have a z97-PRO, all my overclocking is done through the bios. I can do the fan tuning, but if i so much as LOOK at the TPU settings i cant do anything

It works for me on Z97A and this is how i did it

• Uninstalled AISuite_III_V10149_for_Z97 using Revo Uninstaller
  
• Used AI3Cleaner and CCleaner
  
• Restarted PC
  
• Installed AI_Suite_III_3.00.10
  
• Installed GPUTweak2_Ver1591_20171219 (for some reason it makes AISuite3 work)
  
• Restarted PC
  
• And it works
  
• Installed AISuite_III_V10149_for_Z97 (so i can have usb 3.0)
  
• Restarted PC
  
• Uninstalled GPUTweak2_Ver1591_20171219 using Revo Uninstaller
  
• Restarted PC
  
• It works except the TurboApp doesnt want to save after restart

i can confirm that this beta versions works really really well... no complaints... expecially after microsoft KBxxxxx92 "intel cpu bug"
just install this version and everything works again... aura, dash, audio, keybot, sonic studio.. everything..

Thank you very much , this beta suite 3 fixed my issue after the MS update on ASUS Z170-A , I wonder why is ASUS so lazy and lame not to update ,software , drivers on regular basis ? heck! DTS Support for my Z170A doesn't work for more then a year now , ASUS doesn't do any thing about it although I reported the issue and opened 3 tickets with ASUS Support . It is only to this community that is able to find fixes and workarounds so I still have this mobo runing , disappointed with ASUS big time .
