I've done CC cleaner, ai cleaner. Closed out of all processes and all I get is the DIP showing to install. Thats it. It is the only thing to check mark .

This is what it says on the Drivers for my MOBO

Dual Intelligent Processors 5
Fix compatibility issue with the latest Windows updates. Dual Intelligent Processors 5 update v1.05.14 patches an issue that resulted in the Windows power plan being forced to “balanced". Note that this patched build only includes the DIP5 utility, it does not include other utilities in AI Suite 3.
- AI Suite 3 v3.00.13
- Dual Intelligent Processors 5 v1.05.14

You gotta add the other stuff yourself from other version of AISuite3

So I have to install the AI suite 3 Version 1.01.30 from 2016/02/05 ??? Feb??? Then install this?

I have the Maximus VIII Extreme and this was under the description:
ersion 3.00.13
2018/01/16146.47 MBytes
ASUS AI Suite 3
Fix compatibility issue between the latest Windows 10 update KB4056892.

- AI Suite 3 v3.00.13
- Dual Intelligent Processors 5 v1.05.13

you can install the latest version which includes DIP only and then on top, install the latest version for your mobo which includes other components.
once you do, it will deselect DIP by default, since your installed version will be newer, and all of the other missing components will be selected for installation.

why ASUS cant simply create cumulative packages? go figure.

After this update of the AI SUITE my processor is locked in the 800Mhz. Can anyone help?

So... on M7F the latest official 3.00.13 with DIP 1.05.14 fails hard on the fans -> Only manages to detect the PWM CPU fans... all the DC fans are 60%+ only with no option to assign them to a particular slot as on the image below

going back to the released in 2015 AI suite 1.01.05 with DIP 1.02.27 which works good (both profiling and assigning) 😛

it's just that windows is dummy to read the frequency properly. Disable Configured Max CPU Power and Windows will see the full speed again
