AI Suite 3 is needed?

Hi,
I have a problem with AI Suite 3
I have the latest version, V3.00.51 on ASUS Prime X470-Pro with Windows 10 1903.
The fans optimization is broken.
If I try to use it, the program freeze.
When I try to restart or shut down the PC, it doesn't shut down and the fans remain activated.
Also the monitoring of the temperatures often are broken.
For the firmware update and the OC I use the UEFI BIOS.
At this point, Is needed AI Suite install to my PC?
Can I unistall it?

If it is causing you problems, you can uninstall it. It is not required. It just offers features if you choose to use them.

Most settings such as fan control, overclocking, BIOS update can also be done in the BIOS.
You do not necessarily need the AI ​​suite.
